Cultivating non-judgemental awareness

This meditation covers one of the cornerstones of mindfulness practice - non-judgemental awareness.

Our instincts are to judge, analyse, connect the dots, and constantly solve problems.   Unfortunately, this doesn’t help us through challenging times - when there is too much to do, and we feel the weight of our emotions.

Moreover - the personal and leadership challenge is to get clarity and perspective on a situation, not to reactively act and feel overwhelmed.  One of the ways mindfulness helps us do this is by becoming more of an observer - through practising non-judgemental awareness.  Listen below to learn more and hear about Prashant’s experiences in building his mindful habits in this area.
